HAMBURGER PATTIES
season with V’s, add an egg and finely chopped/minced jalapénos.
CHICKEN
season with V’s, add oil, marinate. Grill or coat with crumbs and bake or deep fry.
PORK
season with V’s, grill or fry.
LAMB
season to marinate.
FISH
season with V’s, fresh lemon juice and olive oil. Grill, bake, or fry.
BEEF JERKY
season with V’s, add Worcestershire to taste, marinate and dehydrate/smoke.
PASTA SALAD
cook pasta and add your favorite ingredients, sprinkle with V’s for extra flavor.
SOUPS
season to taste.
TURKEY
half a cup of V’s, one cup water, 1 stick melted butter, Worcestershire and soy sauce to taste. Mix together. Place turkey in bag and pour sauce over. Remove air, tie bag and marinate up to 24 hours in fridge, turning over periodically.
VEGETABLES
sprinkle with V’s, add olive oil. Grill as Kabobs or sauté.
